Project Manager - Civil Engineering

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

An experienced Water Resources Civil Engineering Project Manager. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented with a desire to help lead a team of talented and motivated engineers.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients on a variety of unique projects, including wastewater, water, stormwater, and site-civil infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S./M.S. degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• 7+ Years of experience with water resources civil engineering projects (municipal project experience preferred), including project management for project planning, design, & construction administration.
• Familiarity with IDEM, IDNR, USACE permit coordination.
• Experience working directly with a variety of Clients/Owners.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Indiana or ability to obtain within a 6-month period.
• Proficiency with hydrologic & hydraulic modeling (SWMM, HEC-RAS, etc.), AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS software.
