Project Manager - Ai Center Of Excellence

As a Project Manager - AI Center of Excellence , you will manage projects for Machine Learning Operations and Data Science-related initiatives. You will contribute to delivering a platform that supports the development of AI applications across IDEXX’s diverse clinical data sources and maximizes the reusability of infrastructure and tooling across projects.
The AI Center of Excellence in R&D works with numerous modalities of veterinary healthcare data, including electronic health records, anatomical imaging, microscopy, mass spectrometry, and more.

The ML operations team builds and maintains the machine learning infrastructure and tooling used throughout the ML lifecycle, from concept development through in-field monitoring of solutions.
In this role:
You will define and execute the roadmap for the ML operations project, other components of the ML lifecycle, and support AI/ML team needs.
You will coordinate requirements, schedules implementation, and post-implement plans.
You will partner with stakeholder groups across IDEXX to identify and document requirements.
You will manage project priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
You will identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure success.
You will leverage agile practices to ensure transparency and visibility into project progress.
You will use your facilitation skill to drive the team towards decisions that benefit all stakeholder groups.
You will identify project team training and tool needs.
You will document best practices, playbooks, and supporting material for team and project operations.
You will establish operational guidelines and measure KPIs against the project and operational goals.
Defines, recommends, and secures contractual agreements. What you need to succeed:
You excel at managing projects: developing and executing project plans, budgets, and schedules in an agile environment.
You can track project metrics in an agile flow-based environment, focusing on cycle time and minimizing work in queueing states.
You have experience managing projects across the entire ML lifecycle, from project inception to monitoring solutions in the field.
You can steer multiple stakeholder groups towards common, shared solutions and help teams navigate challenging conversations to reach alignment.
You can facilitate the team's quick decision-making process.
What you can expect from us:
Base annual salary target: $130000 -$150000 (yes, we do have flexibility if needed)
