About The Opportunity


  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Project Manager to support their latest ground-up commercial projects
  • They will also support the design process and the approvals process
  • The PM will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the sub-general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders


Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Project planning
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests


Project Manager Qualifications


  • 7+ years of experience in building
  • Being able to manage projects worth more than $50 million
  • Prior experience in the Maryland market performing site work, excavation, and utility work
