Required: 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager or similar.
Responsibilities:
Collaborations with vendors and subcontractors to oversee projects and ensure completion.
Coordinate billing, scheduling, and submittal and closeout procedures.
Ensure high quality construction standards.
Organize/oversee many projects at once.
Organize and monitor the submittal approval procedure.
Create budgets, offers, and proposals.
Any Additional Project Management Responsibilities That May Be Necessary.
