Project Manager $100K-$120K - Urgent Hiring


One of our top clients that provides extensive experience and commitment as a start-to-finish single course for all construction requirements is currently seeking a Project manager. The PM will be an integral player in the management of the flow of information between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders and help with design assistance and the approvals process. Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Review subcontractor references, obtain Subcontractor bonds, and maintain project files
  • Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders
  • Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones
  • Attend all schedule and management meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate
  • Ensures that all appropriate documents are posted to the project database and provides assistance to the vendor as needed


Project Manager Skills/Qualifications


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or applicable discipline and experience relative to project size/scope
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
