Job Description

I'm working with an awesome company who's looking to hire a Project Management Analyst to join their team. I've included some details below, would love to connect and chat further either for yourself or someone in your network (we offer nice referral bonuses)!


Position: 2 year contract

Authorization: W2 only

Location: hybrid (2-3 days a week on site) in Washington D.C.

Rate: $35-$40 per hour on W2

:

  • Successful candidates must have strong analytic skills including specific experience with advanced functions in Excel.
  • Responsible for managing a large amount of program level data that is tracked through a variety of programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Support on a variety of project analytical activities, contract administration including supporting development of distribution programs, creation contract requisitions, contract payment authorizations, invoice review and approval, accruals, and overall contract tracking responsibilities.

SKILLS

  • PowerPoint
  • Asset Suite 8
  • Excel
  • Organized (deal with high volumes of orders), vocal (interaction with a variety of stakeholders required) and Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel—Excel assessments highly desired for consideration—testing for V-lookups, pivot tables, and equations)
