We are working with our client Chase EX in seeking Project Engineer, based in Falmouth, Maine to provide material takeoff and management for construction planning and projects. Daily tasks may involve, but are not limited to, scheduling, coordinating, purchasing, estimating, billing, and exemplifying best practice to mitigate safety risks.

Requirements of the Project Engineer:

• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Four-year engineering or Construction Management degree or 3 years’ experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Understanding of job cost reporting, billing, and payable procedures

Responsibilities of the Project Engineer:

• Manage project vendors, subcontractors, change orders and RFIs
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies
• Completion of project estimates and material take offs
• Maintain contract files and contract documents
• Ensure Chase EX crews have available resources needed to be effective and efficient
• Maintaining professional and genuine relationships with customers, contractors, and co-workers.
