Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
  • Provide a high level of project management for the identification and delivery of new digital health solutions.
  • Support and contribute to the development of new and existing digital health products and services
  • Together with the Program Manager ensure AI enabled solutions implemented by the Selikoff Centers are operating at an optimal level.
  • Support the operational delivery of the existing digital health services and solutions
  • Provide support to patients to ensure a high level of adoption of digital health tools and solutions.
  • Act as a resource for the team in the realm of digital health support.
  • Work with the retention committee and health literacy committee to provide feedback on any issues identified and work to develop streamlined, patient centered solutions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3 years of related experience required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelors’ degree required, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58,661.00 - $74,250.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
