Project Coordinator – Construction Company

Established Sitework & Utilities Company specializing in public works projects is seeking a Project Coordinator.Position will split time between office and jobsite locations mostly in King County.Summary of duties include; daily coordination between operations manager, field foremen, company estimator, customers and vendors, product submittals, managing project change orders, ordering materials, scheduling vendor deliveries & subcontractors, tracking & reporting daily field reports, excel spreadsheet updating, tracking work in the field, assist with monthly progress billings, attending periodic site safety meetings.This is an evolving position suited for someone with good communication, organizational and problem solving skills.Will need to have a good working knowledge of MS office, word, excel and email.Great position for someone who is wanting to learn the industry or is looking for a change within.Salary DOE, insurance and 401K.
