Job Description
Work You’ll Do:As a Healthcare Digital Transformation Project Analyst, you will join a dynamic team working on diverse and meaningful digital health initiatives.
Impact Advisors works on diverse and engaging projects in Healthcare IT strategy, implementation, optimization, and transformation. Our team leads assessments, develops strategy, delivers innovative healthcare IT and facility planning solutions, and advises our clients building and operationalizing digital health initiatives. The Project Analyst facilitates and supports the work of our healthcare clients’ business, clinical, facilities and technical teams on key projects. You will organize and accelerate projects, working with a team of technologists, strategists and healthcare operational leaders and executives.

Responsibilities Include:Work with a consultative mindset—Listen to understand. Be curious, enterprising, empathetic, and flexible. Encourage and exercise both pragmatic and innovative thinking. Consistently demonstrate good judgment, discretion, and determination.Assess data, technology, and system gaps; develop and effectively communicate recommendations.Monitor project progress and report regularly to stakeholders.Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Provide guidance and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.Develop and maintain clear documentation and roadmaps.Track clear key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure program success.Evaluate solutions and conduct ROI, cost-modeling, risk, or other types of analyses.Identify project/program risks and establish proactive mitigation strategies.Provide support during organizational IT and digital transformation.Oversee and ensure the quality of deliverables.Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise, and actionable ways.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, engineering, healthcare administration or public health, computer science, information systems or related field.Credibility, flexibility, and communication skills needed to work as a thought partner and trusted advisor to healthcare leaders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Project management & organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience or Demonstrated Interest:Experience—Digital transformation initiatives, including cloud computing, data analytics, infrastructure transformation and automation.Experience—Business or Management Consulting.Experience—Healthcare provider or related industry.Demonstrable skill with tools and mechanisms to track deliverables, evaluate and communicate impact of change management initiatives.
