Digital Transformation Manager Jobs

Thoughtful, a rapidly growing technology company specializing in deploying artificial intelligence for the mid-market, is seeking an ‘AI Program Manager’ to serve as a strategic advisor for our most important customers. This role is an individual contributor who will work closely with c-suite customers (CEOs, CFOs, COOs) to understand their vision for AI transformation and define the roadmap for Thoughtful AI’s solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with c-suite customers to:

• Facilitate customer interviews and perform detailed data analysis to develop a perspective on the current state of pain points and challenges for the organization
• Understand the voice of the customer and articulate clear requirements to Thoughtful’s product and engineering teams on products and features that may be required to serve customers best
• Drive the overall execution of the AI transformation; leading cross-functional teams of Thoughtful AI and customer resources as needed to get the job done
• Understand the strategic ambitions of their organization and how they envision AI transformation enabling their goals
• Perform gap analyses to identify the key opportunities for the organization, based on the difference between their current state and vision for the future
• Quantify the ROI of the identified opportunities, performing cost-benefit analysis to understand the case for AI transformation
• Prioritize and sequence the identified opportunities to develop an AI transformation roadmap

Requirements

• The proactive problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Experience developing strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders
• Five years of experience in management consulting (experience in operations transformation and/or healthcare preferred), investment banking, private equity, or comparable capacity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excitement and energy to hit the ground running within an early-stage, high-growth startup
• BA or BS in relevant fields
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects / competing priorities at any given point in time
• Strong Powerpoint/Excel or Google Slides/Sheets skills
