Job Description

Position Objective: Provide integrated project management, business development and operational support as a Project Analyst for Health projects within GAP Solutions, Inc.




Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with other employees to facilitate the collection of information packages, synthesizes data, analyzes, and produces customer deliverable reporting requirements.
  • Make recommendations to resolve issues related to project and/or employee performance.
  • Evaluates and decomposes project requirements into distinct activities, develops project management plans, delivery and milestone schedules, and executes job duties in accordance with company and/or customer standards.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires by providing project deliverable requirements and other necessary documents.
  • Proactively engage with field staff to support employee outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Manages project requirements consistent with the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Maintains corporate SOP documents.
  • Uses various company and customer systems and resources to identify and communicate various customer requirements to corporate stakeholders and/or partners.
  • Assists with planning, managing, and leads communications for employee and customer events.
  • Provide support for data collection, tracking, entry, and maintenance for a wide variety of company and customer end-user trackers and databases.
  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of production and staffing reports as needed by Program Managers.
  • Performs other project management duties as assigned.
  • Is responsible for ad-hoc reporting and communications with field staff, internal HQ staff, and customer points of contact as required.
  • Is responsible for maintaining integrity of data and documents and posting new information to SharePoint, Excel, MS Teams and or other company tools and resources.
  • Provides project management and operations support for requirements associated with a complex program or series of programs.
  • Ensures all assigned projects, tasks, and data requirements are compiled, prepared, reviewed, approved, published and submitted to Program Managers and/or customer points of contact on time, and within budget.
  • Is responsible for various types of contract reporting, weekly and monthly status updates, and schedule maintenance and reporting.
  • Generates and maintains electronic file copies of non-deliverable data requirements with a portfolio such as funding and financial burn reports, staff action trackers, social media content, project summaries, etc.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple functional departments and/or project teams to streamline organizational processes.
  • Supports business development activities and requirements gathering/dissemination/tracking for high-volume BPA and/or IDIQ contracts
  • Assist with program tasks and deliverables
  • Completes invoice review and approval based on contractual obligations and customer defined submission requirements.
  • Reviews employee timesheets for accuracy and approves for direct billable employees on various projects.
  • Supports timesheet reconciliation and production of time and attendance reports.
  • Work with Sr. Program Managers and recruiting team to create job descriptions to be posted for potential new hires.




Basic Qualifications:

  • One year of related project support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.




Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and Word).
  • Willingness to take on multiple tasks, learn new skills, and work with multiple teams in support of a development program.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, provide proactive communication updates, and manage time appropriately.
  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Previous experience supporting Federal Health customers is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn; highly motivated; strong work ethic.
  • Ability to pass background investigation and obtain and maintain a security clearance.
