Location: Johns Hopkins Health System, Baltimore, MD 21201
Category: Clerical and Administrative Support
Schedule: Day Shift
The Project Administrator reports to the Assistant Director for Patient Safety, and provides high level project management coordination of program planning and assists in implementation of programs to improve the quality, safety, and costs of care. This position supports patient safety programs with Johns Hopkins affiliates to improve quality, safety, and value of care. The Project Administrator:
Identifies, captures, and achieves, operational and strategic improvement opportunities.
Advances organizational performance by utilizing a systems approach to analyzing processes, building relationships and facilitating change.
Supports of facilitates organizational efforts for business process improvement, change management, system redesign and integration, and solutions development
Provides staff support in planning and organizing cross-functional unit and cross-entity activities and committees.
Work Location: 600 N Wolfe St. Carnegie 667, Baltimore, MD
Work Hours: 8:30a-5p (M-F) Hybrid
Requirements:
Completion/Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, Lean, or Certification, Etc.: similar training preferred
Bachelor's required. Master's degree in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is preferred
Interpersonal skill, written and oral communication to interface across the organization. Analytical ability to identify and illustrate relationships among complex activities. Facilitation skills for meeting management
