  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to medical examinations and scheduling, incorporating them into project strategies and implementation plans.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance, providing timely updates, reports, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, while developing innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to leverage EHR systems and other digital tools for seamless scheduling and coordination of examinations.
  • Collaborate closely with our Project Management Office (PMO) to implement effective methodologies, streamline processes, and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Serve as a key liaison between project teams, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Lead and oversee the successful execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Implement scheduling processes and systems to optimize resource allocation, minimize wait times, and maximize efficiency in managing examination appointments.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule medical examinations, consultations, hearing conservation programs, immunizations, and medical surveillance testing.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with medical examination processes, including medical examination and consultation, hearing conservation, immunizations, and medical surveillance testing.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, adept at driving successful outcomes in complex environments, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating medical examinations and an understanding of scheduling best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving aptitude, coupled with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects, and drive results within established timelines.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving project goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools for examination scheduling is highly desirable.
