Job Description
Almac Group is currently seeking a QA Intern for our Lansdale, PA location. The QA Intern supports the QA organization within Almac Clinical Technologies. This position provides support to the risk and vendor management portions for Almac Clinical Technologies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Learn CAPA and how to best implement
  • Collect and box archival documents
  • Learn Good Auditing Practices
    • Work with the Quality group to identify good auditing practices
    • Review and Gather audit documentation
    • Learn CAPA and how to best implement
  • Work on Archival Process
    • Collect and box archival documents
    • Understand the organizational and regulatory responsibilities for Archivals
  • Schedule meetings with required team member(s)
  • Work with the Quality Assurance Teams to better understand client and business risks for projects; this may include:
    • Listen and take notes on Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) interviews and involved employee(s)
    • Schedule meetings with required team member(s)
    • Review Validation deliverables
    • Collect validation deliverables for client audits
  • Review various data sources and ensure systems are in alignment
  • Understand the organizational and regulatory responsibilities for Archivals
  • Work with the Quality group to identify good auditing practices
  • Review Validation deliverables
  • Listen and take notes on Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) interviews and involved employee(s)
  • Review and Gather audit documentation
  • Collect validation deliverables for client audits
  • Data Review
    • Review various data sources and ensure systems are in alignment
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
  • HS diploma or GED and
  • College coursework that includes data reviews and/or revision/editing efforts
  • Currently in a curriculum that is working towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with course work that includes data review and/or software
Preferred Experience / Education:
  • Microsoft office experience
  • Familiarity with the clinical trial process and related industries
