Program Manager - Iron/Steel/Aluminum Products

CAB Worldwide LLC (“CAB” or the “Company”) is searching for an exceptional and experienced Program Manager to support the organic and acquisition focused growth efforts of the Company.

CAB is a global engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management business that provides precision machined steel, iron and aluminum cast, forged and fabricated components and assemblies to original equipment manufacturers and distributors. Based in Buford, Georgia, CAB has manufacturing and distribution operations in Texas, Washington, Canada and soon Italy, with engineering and quality assurance offices in India and China. CAB is in the process of establishing a Center for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence in Pune India to support our operations around the world. CAB provides strategic sourcing, manufacturing and engineering solutions, including vendor managed inventory programs for a variety of industries including hydraulics, automotive, infrastructure, construction and rail. Recently, CAB partnered with Heritage Growth Partners LLC, a family office, as part of its successful growth recapitalization to expand operations including through acquisitions.

Desirable Qualities

· Exceptional knowledge of PPAPs, PFMEAs, 8Ds and Manufacturing Control Plans

· Strong AutoCAD and GD&T skills;

· Solidworks or other 3D modeling software experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ideal candidate’s intentions should be long-term, with a desire to stay and grow with CAB for 10+ years

· Highest ethical and performance standards

· Likeable personality who can focus on hard work but also laugh and build relationships with team members

· Comfortable with complex problem solving and rapidly changing priorities

· Comfortable interacting with major customer leadership and engineering teams

Experience & Expertise

· BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

· 5 Years Program Management experience preferably in automotive or similar environment

· Strong knowledge of PPAP process, 8Ds, PFMEAs and Control Plans

· Strong project management and tracking skills including preparation of Gantt Charts and various tracking tools

· Experience in iron, steel and aluminum cast and forged products a plus

· Knowledge of machining, machine fixtures and machining features a plus

Reporting

· Position will report directly to the Executive Vice President

Location

· Based in Buford, GA (Corporate HQ)
