Program Manager, Fraud & Risk


The Expedia Group Fraud & Risk team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to own and drive projects centered on the identification, prevention and remediation of fraud and risk throughout our brands and partners. This person will work on multiple concurrent projects crafted through partnerships with our upstream and downstream teams to cover a myriad of needs from integrating new processes and tools to identifying and eliminating risks and more.

What You’ll Do


  • Document and communicate the progress of project including implementation, timelines, issues, successes, and risks
  • Identify critical path, manage external and inter-team dependencies, and coordinate timelines for all dependency deliverables to minimize time to market
  • Lead increasingly complex technical projects with some supervised work on ambiguous, adaptive programs
  • Proactively manage risks, working with the team to anticipate new risks and lead mitigation planning
  • Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve desired outcomes and objectives
  • Drive multiple initiatives within a focus area as a program to accomplish a central goal
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on an ongoing basis


Who You Are


  • Ability to lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
  • 4 to 6 years’ experience as a Program Manager working in an Agile environment on technology projects (e-commerce a plus)
  • Ability to switch gears readily and easily in response to unexpected events and circumstances
  • Fraud and/or payments experience a plus
  • This person should enjoy building interpersonal relationships and helping others grow professionally and demonstrate critical thinking skills while constantly adapting to change
  • Experience planning, developing and leading work plans, dependencies, UAT, risks and issues
  • Superb communication and organizational skills are used to fluidly move between technical and business groups
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $128,500.00 to $180,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $205,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.


Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
