- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public health, health administration, or a related discipline. A master's degree may also be preferred
- Experience in program evaluation or assessment, database management, and data analysis
- Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to the field of public health or program evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and colleagues
- Present findings in a report to OWHFS leadership
- Conduct research on current programming within the Office of Women’s Health and Family Services (OWHFS)
- Create a comprehensive database to track current programming
- Identify internal programs and their intersections to understand the flow of client services
- Analyze data to identify gaps, overlapping services, and underutilized programming
- Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to develop a strategic plan
- Communicate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure appropriate staffing for the office
- Assist with the integration of current programming
- Research and document external programs provided by other state agencies, local agencies, and non-governmental agencies in the same content area
