Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Delivery Lead to join our Commercial Technology Solution development team. This role will be responsible for leading program initiatives, providing team direction, guiding the product roadmap, key decision making, and devising innovative solutions as needed. The Program Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise digital products.

• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize features, plan sprints, and establish realistic timelines and deliverables.
• Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Development Manager, Program Manager, Solutions Architect, Product Owner, and other stakeholders to define the strategic vision, objectives, and goals of website development.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Champion the Agile/Scrum methodology and drive its adoption within the team, promoting effective collaboration, communication, and transparency.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to implement a Microservices containerization framework, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and efficiency of digital products.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the achievement of milestones.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and professional development.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively take necessary actions to mitigate them.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the development process and product quality.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Preferred experience with Microservices architecture and containerization frameworks, demonstrating the ability to implement and optimize Microservices-based solutions.
• Previous experience in Management Consulting is a plus, showcasing the ability to provide strategic guidance, drive organizational change, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a proven ability to champion Agile practices within development teams.
• Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise digital product leadership, demonstrating a successful track record in leading complex projects and delivering high-quality digital products.
• Preferred experience with testing using TDD or BDD with one or more testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar project management tools for managing project workflows, backlogs, and tracking progress.
