The Program Specialist, Medical Education has primary responsibility to support the coordination of educational activities for customers and other external stakeholders.

Will tactically execute on key programs to increase awareness and engagement with both patients and HCPs to drive consideration and adoption of Heart Failure solutions.

Activities include customer educational visits, national, regional and all other training programs in collaboration with Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and the broader HF Education Team.

Implement short and long-term plans to ensure educational activities and programs are in place to meet business objectives and ensure alignment and coordination with appropriate functional partners.

Coordinate and execute effective education programs to drive market growth and adoption of assigned products with both patients and HCPs.

Take initiative and use independent judgment to execute meeting logistics on time and within budget.

Implement and monitor effectiveness of educational activities and programs.

Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, time management, and detail oriented.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Skills in planning, organization, and execution of customer programs is essential.
