You will play a vital role in providing advanced administrative support for our diverse range of academic programs, including professional education, noncredit programs, and various other academic areas. Working closely with Program Managers and Program Directors, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success and growth of our educational initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Crafting engaging course schedules for current and future semesters, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our students.
Collaborating with instructors, confirming teaching schedules, and managing contracts to ensure smooth program operations.
Participating in student orientation sessions, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for new learners.
Assisting with registration and providing valuable guidance to students throughout their academic journey.
Tracking student progress and offering support to ensure timely program completion.
Maintaining meticulous records related to each academic program, including learning assessments and course updates, in accordance with university policies.
Coordinating and updating program, scheduling, course, and instructor information on our website to keep our stakeholders informed.
Organizing and planning both in-person and online events effectively, adding excitement to our programs and creating memorable experiences for our participants.
Providing on-site support as needed, contributing to the seamless execution of program-related activities.
Monitoring financial activity, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
Collecting and analyzing program evaluations to continuously enhance the quality of our offerings.
Embracing additional responsibilities and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent relevant experience of six years or more).
At least two years of administrative experience, demonstrating your ability to handle complex tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Excel, enabling you to analyze data and streamline processes effectively.
Familiarity with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) guidelines, ensuring the protection of student information.
A commitment to providing excellent support to students, faculty, and staff.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage and connect with diverse audiences effectively.
