Production Worker Jobs

Position Summary
Under general supervision:

• The Production Worker performs production work in a warehouse environment.
• Employees in this job class assemble kits and co-packs product in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Operates equipment such as, ink jet, pallet jack, conveyor belt, case sealer, etc. Performs physical tasks that are repetitive.

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with forklifts and production equipment.
• Employees may be exposed to noise from equipment in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to elevated temperatures, high heat, occasional fumes, toxic chemicals, and airborne particles.

Typical Duties

• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions.
• Complete packaging tasks such as product, box assembly, packing, and taping.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Denotes Essential Job Function
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. Co-pack/assemble parts.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Attend all safety and production trainings.
• Operate equipment correctly and maintain it with care.
