We currently have an opportunity for a Production Team Lead to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

Pay: $24.00

Your Role:

As a Production Team Lead - Day Shift Thermo, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating up to 60 employees on shift to include packers and reliefs as well as routinely perform safety audits, quality checks and standard work throughout the shift.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate line assignments for packers and line technicians.
• Coordinate quality rework during downtime and planned events.
• Coordinate material set-up and material returns for packaging change-over.
• Perform weekly safety observations.

Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will coordinate safety and quality monthly training meetings and assist Lead Packer on floor with training, quality and standard work audits.

We need you to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced PC knowledge to include Microsoft office
• Experience in manufacturing systems such SAP or Oracle
• 3+ years of manufacturing or warehouse team lead experience.
• Experience in time keeping systems such as SAP, ADP or Kronos

Icing on the cake:

• College degree
• Bilingual
