Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Supervisor will provide strategic operational oversight for designated production areas in the California, MO facility, overseeing a moderate degree of complexity. In this role, you will oversee and hold a designated area accountable to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and financial performance. Key Accountabilities
Execute routine operations of designated areas, ensuring direct reports are following policies and procedures related to employee, food safety, and environmental compliance
Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications
Partner with peer production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timelines
Administer a department production budget by executing purchase orders and ensuring timely payment of invoices
Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across designated departments, processes, and shifts
Develop, supervise, and provide coaching to direct reports including coaching company core values and guiding principles
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for your direct reports as necessary

Minimum Qualifications
Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of directly related work experience Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a food and/or poultry processing environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Posting Information
