Production Supervisor Jobs

Richelieu Foods, Inc. a leading national private label and contract packing food manufacturer is looking to add a Production Supervisor to the team!
This position is also eligible for our sign on bonus program. Details are below:
1st Time New Hires to Richelieu Foods will receive a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
$500 total payout after 1 month of Employment
$500 payable following 3 months of Employment
$1,000 payable following 6 months of employment with the Company

This position is for 1st shift
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the people, processes, procedures and related controls to ensure timely and accurate production in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. The Production Supervisor is a hands on, working manager accountable for the design, documentation, implementation, audit and continuous improvement for all production related standard work, projects and related systems.
Basic Qualifications

• Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

Requirements

• Must have good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment and have a positive attitude.
• Must have experience managing employees in a food production environment.
• Must have experience working with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Must demonstrate strong management, leadership, organizational and scheduling ability.
• Must have experience with quality and hygiene requirements common in food manufacturing.
• Must have experience working in a production environment with food or other FDA regulated products.

Richelieu Foods focuses on frozen pizza, salad dressing, and BBQ sauce product categories. We have four manufacturing facilities located in OH, IL, IA, and WI.
