Production Supervisor Jobs

A Top Company Is Looking For a Production Supervisor.
The production supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day direction of personnel. Will work closely with other members of management to coordinate product flow and meets schedules to meet production requirements.
Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Assist with set up, operation, adjustments, and troubleshooting of production equipment as needed.
• Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO and TS procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring daily production objectives are met efficiently and satisfactory.
• Ensure product conforms 100% to customer requirements.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Requirements

• 5 years of manufacturing experience required;
• Associate’s Degree in Supervisory Management, Business Management, or related degree preferred; high school diploma required;
• 2 years of manufacturing supervision preferred;
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
