Job Description

Manufacturing company that makes high value metal assemblies needs a Production Supervisor to manage daily production and provide leadership. Ensures compliance with Company policies, health and safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.



This job pays $28 an hour. Two openings, one day, one night. Monday to Thursday, 10 hour shifts. Night differential is available.



· Working on the production floor, stimulate teamwork, monitor and track problems.

· Maintain effective communication with manufacturing team about safety, productivity, quality.

· Monitor and report production KPIs, keep track of deviations, and implement countermeasures to meet objectives.

· Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment.



REQUIREMENTS



· Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment that involves assembly and fastening of metal products.

· Experience with welding is a plus.

· Direct supervision of production operators and/or technical leadership experience on shop floor

· Strong aptitude with use of precision measurement tools and gages

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP or similar ERP software

· General knowledge of ISO guidelines for industrial safety
