• Place safety as the top priority
• Conduct weekly capacity meetings and ensures seamless communication of lead capacity to work teams and supervisors, enabling adjustments to meet customer deadlines.
• Utilize Oracle, especially in OM, WIP, BOM, Material Planner, and Inventory modules.
• Oversee and facilitate the smooth flow of work and materials within and outside of work facilities.
• Manage customer stock levels in their designated environment.
• Establishes and manages buffers in the schedule to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Create and maintain production schedule.
• Handle order releases in the Order Management module.
• Pursue opportunities to enhance capacity planning, scheduling, order data entry, and office/shop floor communications for continuous improvement.
• Generate and maintain on-demand reports pertaining to customer order patterns, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
• Monitors progress towards completion dates and takes prompt corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Production Management, Accounting/Finance, or commensurate experience.
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). ERP system use; Oracle preferred
• 2+ of relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous Production Planning and Scheduling experience.
