We are a multidisciplinary design group creating immersive brand experiences for Athletic Facilities and Sports Complex's. Our team is looking for a Production Manager. This person is a leader, a communicator, and a planner with technical know-how.

The Production Manager is an integral part of making custom designed experiences come to life. They are an essential part of the production team, focusing on vendor communications and relationships, schedules, construction coordination and working through technical fabrication challenges. Responsibilities By Project Phase

DESIGN PROCESS

Supporting the design team and project management team by determining the best method of fabrication and procurement on a project basis

Researching new technologies and materials to achieve design intent

Create project budget and strategically manage that budget to achieve project goals

Lead and collaborate with design team, production team and trusted partners to develop a plan for each project

PROCUREMENT

Reviewing architectural plans, shop drawings and technical specifications, to ensure proper execution and determine any coordination issues

Knowledge and understanding of contract documents for project(s)

Assist as needed with purchase orders, releasing files and managing invoices

Key player is quality control, including reviewing samples, conducting shop visits and checking in materials

INSTALLATION

Development of installation plan, includes coordination with both client and vendor stakeholders. Plan includes scheduling, man power, access and all other logistics.

On-site installation management and oversight

Lead and oversee fabrication to best deliver finished product

Punch list creation and coordination

Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping each on track

Traveling for meetings and projects 25-30%

Requirements

Industry experience

Strategic thinker, problem solver

Strong written and verbal communication skills

General knowledge of construction methods and practices

Knowledge of takeoff and as-built documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically excel)

Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades, and logistics carriers

Thrives in a stressful environment

Easily builds rapport and trust

TEAM PLAYER with motivation to learn!

EXTRA CREDIT

Proficiency in Auto-cad or other drafting software

Experience with A/V integration

Experience implementing high-end custom millwork or custom exhibits
