Production Manager Jobs

Reports to: Production General Manager

Responsibilities

• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
• Observe work to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards
• Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems
• Prepare and maintain production reports and other paperwork as needed
• Conduct employee tra JOB PURPOSE: To further the mission of Development Workshop, Inc. through the successful implementation of developmental therapy services Through Development Workshop's Children's Program. This position will support the provision of quality service, ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to this service, complete accurate recordkeeping, and ultimately enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of services. Conduct assessments, write objectives, and provide intervention services according to the written plan based on evidence-based treatment (EBT) to the participant and their family. Provide individual or group interventions and skill development activities in the home or community setting, and minimally in the center. • Initiate or coordinate inventory or cost control programs
• Oversee and assist Production Supervisor and Production Schedulers to establish work schedules and follow through to completion
• Responsible for the activities of Production Supervisors, Group Leaders and Production Technicians
