Job Summary:
Join us at Bonzo as a Product Specialist to drive the growth and success of our innovative platform. Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for internal teams, providing expert-level support and guidance on the Bonzo CRM and automated communications web app.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure our internal teams are well-versed in the latest features and capabilities of the Bonzo platform.
- Gather valuable feedback from internal teams, channeling it to our product development team to drive ongoing enhancements and feature updates.
- Create user-friendly product documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate seamless onboarding and adoption for our clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support successful launches of new features and products, ensuring optimal communication and coordination.
- Ensure the seamless user experience and high-quality functionality of our platform through participation in product testing and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using business web applications and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer communication platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively to users with varying technical backgrounds.
- Active listening skills to understand user needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Empathy and patience to assist users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and leverage insights to enhance product performance and customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Proactively identify and report bugs, issues, or usability concerns to the development team.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Provide valuable feedback on user experience, interface, and overall product quality to drive continuous improvements.
