Product Marketing Specialist Jobs

MAC Wholesale is an industry leading distributor of closeouts and excess inventory. We’re seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support our sales and purchasing team by providing compelling visual support materials of merchandise across multiple categories, based in our University Park facility.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and record product & packaging specifications
• Manage employee purchase program including special events
• Proactively work with warehouse team to identify and address product or inventory issues
• Update on-site and satellite showrooms in collaboration with sales team
• Manage sales and disposition process for samples and obsolete inventory
• Photograph Inventory and Upload High-Res Photos to support the sales and marketing teams
• Answer product/packaging questions
• Edit photos to deliver aesthetically attractive merchandise
• Develop and shoot videos of featured items - show and demonstrate
• Work collaboratively with Brand & Customer Marketing Manager to develop sales materials
• Manage office and warehouse supply orders in University Park
• Participate and provide support for trade shows, customer meetings and sales opportunities
• Provide feedback and commentary regarding product improvement
• Create 360° Photos of merchandise to showcase packaging
• Host virtual sales calls with sales team as well as customers
• Participate in sales team meetings
• Manage the MAC website content to continuously update upcoming tradeshows
• Manage customer special projects such as custom labeling or repacking

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or visual arts preferred
• Strong skills in photography and video
• Retail sales/merchandising or wholesale industry experience strongly preferred
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail in requests and communication
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of an organization
