Responsibilities

As a Permanent Product Manager, you will be responsible for

• Continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
• Overseeing the implementation of SaaS solutions, particularly in the healthcare and bioinformatics sectors.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Communicating product vision, updates, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, defining user stories, and coordinating with the development team to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilizing Agile methodologies and Scrum framework to manage and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Leading and managing the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and tactical activities to go-to-market execution.
• Developing and implementing product strategies that position the company for growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Product Manager position, you must have

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role within the Technology industry.
• Extensive experience in SaaS, healthcare, and bioinformatics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development, software project management, and software engineering.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of driving product success.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective product strategies.
