Overview
:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to oversee our Fulfillment Systems. As the Product Manager of Fulfillment Systems, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the applications used by our operational business units to process customer orders, from the point of placement to fulfillment in our warehouse management system. You will be tasked with increasing efficiency throughout the fulfillment process. This includes automating workflows, improving inventory control, and establishing efficient dataflows to ensure accurate and timely order processing. This work includes close collaboration with the application development team at Rogue Fitness to create bespoke cutting-edge technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of operational processes, technology, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support the effective adoption and utilization of the fulfillment systems by end-users.
  • Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities, and regularly communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Agile Execution: Drive the agile product development process, working closely with application development teams to deliver high-quality software releases on time and within budget.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish key metrics for fulfillment systems and regularly analyze data to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Operations, Warehousing, and IT teams, to understand their requirements, address challenges, and ensure smooth integration of fulfillment systems with other business systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex business problems and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements. Project Management and oversight to ensure requirements and solution meets business objectives
  • Strategy and Vision: Facilitate and execute the vision for WMS products defined by company objectives and Director of Fulfillment Solutions Engineering
  • User Experience: Champion the end-to-end customer experience, conducting user research, gathering feedback, and incorporating into optimize the fulfillment systems' workflows and ensure intuitive user interfaces.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service, to define product features and enhancements based on business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in order fulfillment and warehouse management systems, and apply relevant knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.
  • Extensive experience in gathering requirements and documenting functional and technical specifications for system solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment systems and processes, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems (OMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, create roadmaps, and drive successful product launches.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in agile product management methodologies and practices.
  • Proven experience 5+ years as a Product Manager/Owner or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, warehousing, logistics, and/or supply chain management.
