Job Description
You're ready to design new payment rails grow to our strategy-defining Business to Consumer (B2C) payments space. You're an industry challenger and have the technical background and strategic mindset to take the team to new heights.

Job responsibilities:

  • Experience with alternative payment rails like PayPal, Zelle, Wallets
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution across product and technology teams
  • Ability to develop and implement end to end solution for new payment rail offering
  • Ability to adeptly pivot opportunities based on new information and market opportunities
  • Holistically understand core business problems and requirements from clients in order to deliver efficient and useful solutions
  • Work directly with engineering and other internal teams to build and deliver the products
  • Create and manage product strategy, roadmap, and specifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team-building skills
  • Strong project management, analytical, detail oriented, problem solving, and communication skills with both internal and external partners
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and executing challenging goals
  • Strong product management skills to focus on a customer first mindset, lean product thinking and a focus on product adoption
  • Key influencing skills working across multiple teams to deliver our vision
  • Work incredibly well with cross-functional partners and in a matrix environment including partnering with Product, Sales, Analytics and Design teams to recognize key growth areas for the business and emerging client needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong knowledge of J.P. Morgan products (Payments, Receivables, Payables, Liquidity, FX, Channels, Merchant Services)
  • Working experience with alternative payment rails like Zelle, PayPal, Visa OCT etc.
  • Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
  • Technical expertise in the past in building prototypes and pilot solutions
  • Create, implement and communicate a prioritization framework that ensures we are focusing on the highest value work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure and adapt to unexpected circumstances. Capable of navigating in dynamic and complex organization environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with ability to influence the development and execution of key operational strategies and projects
  • Adopt an agile mindset to oversee the team's product development efforts, ensuring the final product is functional, operational, and meets design and feature specifications
  • Professional experiences (8+ years) that will set you apart
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, or similar technology-related role Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies as well as exposure to design thinking
  • An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams, and coach and development of other team members
