• 协助任何临时项目。

• 在指导下执行分析和报告职责；

• 流利中英文；
• 能够在快节奏的环境中独立、有条理、有系统地处理工作；
• 良好的电脑技能，包括中文文字处理、MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint；

Objectives

SMITH’s Summer Internship Program (Procurement) is to nurture the potential undergraduates and future talents for taking up key roles in the procurement department with a well-structured internship program to equip with practical procurement knowledge as well as to build upon the skills you learnt from classroom within a global leading electronics and digital business.

You will be a real part of the team, working alongside our top purchasers to learn about our industry to broaden your skillsets.

You will:

• Develop vendor mapping and identify potential vendors.
• Work closely with internal parties to follow up the order.
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned.
• Perform analyzing and reporting duties under the guidance.

Who is our Right Fit?

• Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities and high learning agility.
• Desire to work in a challenging & fast paced environment.
• Able to work from July 10, 2023 to August 18, 2023 on a full-time basis in Shanghai.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Undergraduate students from any disciplines.
• Keen to explore electronics and semiconductor industry.
