Procurement Category Leader Jobs

The Newell Group is assisting a client in the as they search for their next Procurement Category Leader in the Gainesville, FL AREA.

My client is a 60 year old company experiencing substantial growth looking to expand their procurement organization has an immediate need for a Procurement Category Manager to lead procurement strategies within the category (3-10 yrs) experience in category procurement.

This role will manage the category management for raw materials for all 9 sites and help on strategic initiatives for the organization.

We are looking for experience in the Concrete, Rock, Sand, Fly Ash, Steel, Rebar, or raw materials in a multi-site manufacturing company for this important position.

If you have the category purchasing experience (Manager, Sr. Buyer), suppler development, negotiation skills, and a desire to make an impact, then reach out to me for more details. Concrete and Steel Industry experience is highly preferred.
