Procurement Analyst (Remote)
Specific duties include: Supplier identification and qualification; procurement project management and planning; procurement sourcing; RFP preparation; bid evaluation and negotiation, purchase order preparation; contract administration including: negotiating and settling claims or back charges, and dispute resolution; material and services planning to yield cost savings; tracking market conditions and identify spending trends to facilitate and leverage spend efficiencies; and, host and/or attend procurement and client interface meetings to facilitate procurement engagements.

• Heavy on administrative and organization of contractors and facilitating approvals
• Following and supporting client processes around proper buying and documents
• The position is remote but you must live local in NJ or be able to travel to client location in Newark NJ on short notice
• Providing reports in support of internal auditing
• Purchasing off of existing master agreements
• Completing change orders to outline agreements and purchase orders
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Evaluating supplier viability and sustainability
• Purchasing of non-complex materials and services, RFP Preparation
• Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Also, some positions may include bonuses or other incentives.
