Procurement Analyst Jobs

Our healthcare management client is seeking the following:

Title: Sourcing & Procurement Analyst

Location: Indianapolis IN - Hybrid preferred

Pay: $42.00 per hour

Length of assignment: 9 months contract with possible hire or extension

Summary:

Responsible for supporting Strategic Sourcing - Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Creating process documentation for stakeholders on the sourcing process from intake to contract execution, working with business and approver stakeholders to gather information required for requisition process, negotiation of low-dollar agreements – Master Services Agreements, Software as a Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Amendments / Change Orders with a focus on drafting and heavy redlining. Minimal RFx (Request for Proposal) events - compiles and analyzes data to present to the business and sourcing leaders for decision-making and award; proficiency in Excel a plus.

These services will be focused on a major cost savings initiative for the enterprise. • Excellent contract negotiation skills

Position will focus on cost-saving deals with suppliers for assigned categories and the negotiation of contracts for these negotiated deals. Maintains strong working relationships with internal customers and key suppliers for assigned categories. Focuses on primarily on driving cost savings and contracting negotiated deals. Participates in fact-based negotiations and executes contracts utilizing approved terms and conditions.

Requires a BA/BS: 3+ years relevant services-based strategic sourcing in Business Process Outsourcing or IT Software (Saas / license) and/or vendor management experience is preferred.
