Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a PROCESS TECHNICIAN in Utica MI . Our client is a TIER 1 AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIER . The PROCESS TECHNICIAN responsible of controlling the quality of manufacturing processes . Provide training to team members on relevant industry processes and equipment operations safety. ... Responsible for process technology equipment operation and safety. .
Responsibilities Of a PROCESS TECHNICIAN Includes

• Ensure all ISO and IQMS documentation is complete and stored in the proper locations.
• Lite molding machine PM work
• Follow procedures which promotes a workplace where safety and environmental concerns are addressed to meet OSHA and EPA regulations
• Perform all resin material handling requirements.
• Perform Mold, automation and work cell set-ups.
• General Molding Process Trouble shooting

Job Requirements Of a PROCESS TECHNICIAN
-5 years of experience with injection molding and strong mechanical skills.
REQUIRED Experience And Education
-Driven, self-motivated

• Organized and able to bring projects to a successful conclusion
• Change agent, bias for action, with a positive attitude
