The Process Technician role is a “hands-on” role that provides advanced support during our extrusion molding processes. This position supports multiple machinery cells by monitoring the extrusion process for potential issues or failures, troubleshooting production lines, proactively identifying potential manufacturing issues while lines are operating, and working closely with operations and engineering leadership to fix systemic manufacturing challenges.

The role is a key driver of efficiency on our production floor by addressing production line issues as they occur and applying an advanced manufacturing engineering skill set that is beyond typical level 1 operators.
