We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer which is an entry level management role to support the Packaging Operation.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills

Daily Responsibilities Can Consist Of The Following
Manufacturing Process Engineers lead our efforts in identify and drive out loses through standard and system development. They support the daily activities of the production line and/or processing areas, and build long term capability into their areas, systems, and technicians.

• Creating learning programs to coach and train technicians
• Creating and improving standards (Process Control Strategies and Centerline Packages) to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the site
• Effectively developing procedures and technical documents for existing and new equipment
• High presence on the manufacturing floor
• Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment
• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
• Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create best solutions

You may fit well into this role if you have:

• Strong leadership capabilities that will allow you to coach others on the use of Operational Excellence
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed to accommodate our 24 hour operations
• Systems & Tools experience in data analytics and reporting a plus
• Good communication skills -written and oral
• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment (consumer products a plus)
• A BS in Engineering Discipline or Engineering Technology equivalent experience (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
