Print Graphic Designer (Remote)

Compensation Range: $25 - 33 per hour

Our client, a leader in the healthcare and insurance space, is looking for a talented Print Graphic Designer to join their team!

Reporting to the Manager of Design, you will be responsible for designing collateral to align with brand guidelines and contribute to creating assets for our client's brand as well as scalable assets for their divisions and markets, with a focus on the North Carolina and San Antonio divisions. Projects will include print and digital, social media, email, presentations, etc.

The ideal candidate can analyze business requirements, perform design tasks, construct, test, and implement solutions with little supervision in a fast-paced, on-demand environment. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions within agreed-upon timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Stay current with design industry trends and be knowledgeable about basic design principles.
• Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
• Assist with design projects from concept to completion, development, QA, and implementation.
• Collaborate on design projects with teammates and other business partners.
• Work independently to problem solve while also working with a team for collaboration.
• Assist vendors, development teams or the business when appropriate.
• Utilize design resources and follow guidelines across the organization.
• Follow guidelines for file organization and naming conventions.
• Understand creating and utilizing templates for the layout of various assets.
• Maintain graphic design standards and subsequently ensure that the work adheres to a high level of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• College graduate, or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
• Able to self-manage workload.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Link to a digital portfolio required
