Graphic Designer-Social Media - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team at a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the health and wellness industry. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a vital role in developing engaging and captivating content for our brand, Ancient Nutrition, and our esteemed founder, Dr. Josh Axe, across various social media platforms. Responsibilities
Develop and produce captivating social media content, including memes, short videos (Reels, TikTok), Instagram Stories, and user-generated photography.
Capture on-the-spot iPhone content featuring co-founders and employees.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, styles, and social media creative to continuously test and experiment.
Assist the Social Media Manager in executing posts for Instagram Stories, Pinterest, and Live videos. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to monitor performance metrics such as engagement, sessions, impressions, and reach.
Ensure the social adaptation of our brand look and feel for both Ancient Nutrition and Dr. Axe channels, following brand guidelines.
Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Communications Manager to develop a content strategy and compelling storytelling to bring Ancient Nutrition products to life.
Create and implement channel-specific content to meet the unique needs and formats of each platform (including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest).
Embrace new platforms and be at the forefront of emerging social media trends and features.
Stay informed about algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Utilize analytic tools to understand monthly reports on top-performing content and make data-driven recommendations.
Core Attributes
You are a social media enthusiast with a deep understanding of the latest trends.
Proficiency in major social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Skilled in Photoshop and InDesign for creating visually appealing content.
Ability to create short video content, including Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
Analytical mindset to identify trends and provide recommendations based on data.
1-2 years of social media management experience, preferably within the health/wellness industry.
Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changes in a rapidly growing company.
