KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop retail customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use; develop thought leadership content, e.g. White Papers, eBooks, Market Research Reports, Blog posts, Podcasts, Live Webinars via Zoom, Live presentations, and/or Interactive content
  • Represent Honeywell PSS retail perspective in press media settings as a spokesperson
  • Define the retail market opportunity; perform retail segmentation and targeting exercises that identify the segments with the highest propensity to buy
  • Acquire market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
  • Enable sellers and coordinate the development of sales content, tools and activities for direct and indirect channel sales, and support sellers in select customer pitches or Voice of Customer surveys
  • Define go-to-market requirements for the Retail market and its sub verticals, e.g. . Grocery, Hardgoods, Softgoods, DIY, Club C-Store, Health/ Beauty / Pharma RX
  • Drive solutions value propositions and campaign messaging, communications plan, marketing plan and new product launch plan.
  • Manage launch planning and orchestrate execution of the Accounts based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Guide the end-to-end go-to market planning and execution, product launch commercialization, demand creation, sales enablement, and content creation for Honeywell’s PSS vertical marketing for retail customers and prospects
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
  • Utilize market and customer research to gather retail market data and insight about target personas, buyer needs, technology trends and the purchasing decision process for the product, including key buyer roles

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing programs
  • 5+ years Retail operations and/or marketing experience
  • Be able to travel in the U.S. and international to key customer visits, partner visits and retail trade shows (20%)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related; MBA preferred
