Primary Teacher – Supply Roles

Location: York, North Yorkshire

Daily Rate: £130 – £150

Start Date: September 2023

GSL Education Hull and North Yorkshire are looking to hire motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers with KS-1 & KS-2 experience for Supply placements based in North Yorkshire this upcoming September term.

The potential candidate is needed to be an experienced Primary Practitioner having had substantial involvement dealing with young children.

ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply for this role.

To Work With GSL Education, You Will Need

• Provide satisfactory references covering last two years of your CV timeline.
• An enhanced, child workforce DBS on the updated service; or be willing to have it renewed at their earliest.
• Have valid Right to Work in UK evidence/s.
• A full CV history showing up to 10 years work history without any unexplained gaps over one month.

Essential Requirements:

• Primary Teaching Qualification with QTS/QTLS.
• A flair for planning creative and effective lessons.
• The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• The ability to direct a team of Support Assistants and work as part of a wider team across school if need be.
• Willingness to attend twilight CPD and parent’s evenings when required.
