Job Description
Location: Fully Remote
Continuity Global Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Pricing Manager to join our Team. The Pricing Manager will be for ensuring proposals comply with all government procurement regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a team player with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide pricing support during negotiations with Clients.
  • Secure current and relevant indirect rates and apply to direct cost in pricing models.
  • Interpret the RFP pricing requirements, refining pricing models to align with specific RFP, and developing the bid for submission.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required.
  • Prepare and submit cost proposals within established deadlines.
  • Work with outside vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc., to obtain pricing for various cost components included in the final cost proposal.
  • Participate in pricing strategy development.
  • Develop formats for cost proposal data to comply with Client requirements.
  • Formulate pricing solutions and models for Client Requests for Proposals (RFP).
  • Maintain and update pricing databases and templates.
  • Review Client Request for Proposals (RFP) and Invitations for Bid (IFB) to determine general and specific cost requirements, and ensure proposals comply with all RFP requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work effectively under time-critical deadlines and stressful situations.
  • Experience pricing all contract types including FFP, FP-LOE, T&M, FP-LH, CPFF, CPAF, Cost Reimbursable, and other contract types.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare several bids at once despite shifting deadlines and company priorities.
  • Experience using Government-provided cost templates as well as experience building complex cost models from scratch required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in Federal pricing, preferably within the government contracting industry.
  • Understanding of Government regulations related to the development and negotiation of cost proposals (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA).
