Job Description

NEEDED: Senior Public Relations Manager with experience in navigating marketing operations for North America, in alignment with PR and Product Marketing teams. You'll develop media relationships, handle product testing & product launches, and provide event support. Will be leading a team of 3-5 in the near future.


Product you are supporting: Notebook PCs specifically. This professional experience is required.


The base starts at $65,000+ but is very flexible and ultimately based on experience + bi-annual bonuses. The role is hybrid AND they will provide aid for relocation to the Fremont, CA area!


You are responsible for:

  • Media communications
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Product testing
  • Copy writing
  • Press kit assets (press releases, product visuals, pitch guides)
  • Media samples & testing
  • Product training from HQ team in strategizing
  • Launch cycle meetings


Tech Experience:

  • PC, IoT, gaming, or computer hardware experience
  • Commercial, B2B or B2C experience in computer hardware
  • Ability to answer technical & hardware issue questions, with 3-5 years of professional industry experience


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related


Work Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of related experience in public relations, press relations, external communications, or related.


Office Requirements & Travel:

  • 30-40% to supporting global events
  • International: traveling to Taiwan/Spain/Germany
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 in office, 2 remote
