We are looking for someone to become the President of our company.
Experience:
Experience in the weld fume extraction or welding industry is a must.
Senior experience in one of the following roles is required:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Executive Role
Ideal candidate has experience in the weld fume extraction industry or worked for a welding supply/gas distributor, though we will consider anyone.
Intent is for current Vice President and President to take a step back and let you run the show after a training period. The buck will stop with you on everything, we want someone who takes responsibility but with that responsibility will come the authority.
A mutual NDA will be signed if you make it to the interview part of the process to protect you from anyone knowing you applied with us (it’s a small industry). You have the option to refuse to sign, but the information you’ll be given to properly consider the role will be limited.
We are looking for a go getter. Be ambitious and go for it. If you’re not qualified per above, still apply, the worst we can tell you is no. If all you’ve done is a Territory Manager position but you feel you’ve never been given that shot to do more, still apply. It will be harder for you to get the job the less qualified you are, but that wouldn’t stop the person we are looking for anyways.
