Job Description

Pre-Litigation Attorney: We are seeking an attorney with 1-3 years personal injury experience to join our growing firm in TX. A qualified associate must possess the ability to provide legal representation to advocate for our clients while providing outstanding client service skills.

Qualifications: The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas, have graduated from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent written, verbal and analytical skills. Candidate must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Although the candidate will receive support and assistance, he/she must have the ability and experience to independently manage and move pending cases forward. Candidate must provide immediate analysis on liability, collectible damages, and communicating the steps team will follow in order to achieve the best results for the client.

Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate offer to client and disburse of client funds
  • Review demands
  • Supervise medical clerk and case manager
  • Set up claims and track medical treatment
  • Managing their own docket of personal injury cases
  • Negotiate with adjusters
